It seems like a wall made by burn clay and mud, which may be the boundary of the village and separates the village to two different areas (inside & outside).The direction of wall is vertical to the trench which means we can exvate both inside and outside areas to understand what the difference between inside and outside is.After excavating inside area,the section is quite vertical in south side.
